A variety of Danish origin, the breeding work on which was associated with the company A/S Dansk Frø-og Silo-Selskab. In publications, the variety is classified as selection-improved.

During agricultural trials in the 1970s and 1980s, it was established that in terms of seed productivity, the variety was inferior to the Hera variety. The seed yield of the variety was influenced by seeding rates and the level of nitrogen nutrition.

The variety appeared in the official variety catalog from 1970 to 1992. Today, it has the status of a historical variety, and its samples are kept in genetic banks, such as the Nordic Genetic Resource Center.
