Variety description

The plant is a compact, well-branched shrub 46–61 cm in height and width with dark green glossy foliage. The large funnel-shaped flowers have a bright cherry or deep red color; the corollas, divided into "lips," are complemented by a light orange-yellow throat.
The variety has good heat and drought tolerance and withstands temperature drops down to -6,7°C. Flowering is prolonged, with peaks in the spring-summer period. The plant prefers well-drained soil, full sun or light partial shade, and moderate watering after establishment.
