The plant is an ornamental foliage crop with smooth, elongated leaves 3–5 cm wide. In indoor conditions, the height can vary from 0.7 to 2 meters; the variety is found in single-stem or multi-stem forms.

The variety is an undemanding, shade-tolerant, and drought-tolerant plant. Intended for interior landscaping of residential and commercial premises.
