The variety is a decorative indoor plant. The leaves have a spatulate shape and a characteristic contrasting pattern: a pronounced yellow central part with green margins.

The plant is capable of adapting to conditions ranging from bright diffused light to moderately low light. In cases of light deficiency, the intensity of leaf coloration may decrease. The main risk factors for the plant's health are root rot from overwatering and the drying out of leaf tips in low air humidity.
