Variety description

The variety is a compact tree-like plant with lanceolate pointed leaves. A characteristic feature is asymmetric variegation: the leaf edges are colored white or ivory, sometimes the stripes appear only on one side of the leaf blade.

Indoors, the plant usually reaches a height of 0.9 to 1.5 meters; under favorable conditions, growth can be taller. The variety is sensitive to growing conditions: it poorly tolerates direct sunlight, prolonged drought, and exposure to temperatures below 13°C.
