Echinacea Secret Romance is an herbaceous perennial used in landscape design and for cut flowers. The plant forms a compact, well-branched bush 45 to 80 cm in height, consisting of strong upright stems.

The flowers are double, with a pompon-shaped center of bright pink color and lighter petals at the base. The variety is distinguished by long-lasting flowering from mid-summer to early autumn. The plant is characterized by winter hardiness (USDA zones 4–9) and resistance to lodging of stems under the influence of wind and precipitation.
