Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 60 to 100 cm. The flowers are large, up to 12 cm in diameter, and have the shape of a basket with a pronounced cone-shaped center. The stems are strong, branched, and dark green. The leaves are rich dark green, with basal leaves collected in a rosette.

The variety is long-blooming; the flowering period lasts from June to September – October. The plant is winter-hardy (USDA hardiness zones 4a, down to -34 °C) and has good wind resistance. The variety attracts bees and butterflies and is used in landscape design and for cut flowers.

For cultivation, sunny locations or partial shade and fertile, moderately moist soils with good drainage are preferred. To maintain abundant flowering, it is recommended to remove faded inflorescences.
