Variety description

The plant forms a dense bush 40–45 cm high and about 60 cm wide with dark upright stems. Large flowers 7.5–10 cm in diameter have bright red petals and an orange-brown cone.

Flowering lasts from June until frost; when faded flower stalks are pruned, the variety is capable of re-flowering. The plant tolerates drought and heat, belongs to hardiness zones 4–10. Suitable for landscaping borders, mass plantings and containers, attracts pollinators.
