The plant stem is hollow, erect, reaches a height of 80–140 cm, and has 4–6 branches. At the beginning of the growing season, the stem is green, turning a reddish or brownish hue by the end of ripening. The leaves are heart-shaped, and the root system is characterized as strongly developed and superficial.
The inflorescences are clusters in the leaf axils; one plant forms between 1000 and 2000 flowers, predominantly white with a pink tint. The variety efficiently absorbs nutrients, but is prone to lodging with excessive nitrogen nutrition, uneven ripening, and grain shattering.
