The Dynamite G-LS variety (internal code PPG-TF 254) is a hexaploid form of tall fescue. The plant has a semi-erect habit, dark green leaves, and is characterized as medium-fine in texture. The variety is classified as medium-early in maturity.

Lateral Spread technology promotes intensive tillering and active plant spread. The crop demonstrates high resistance to drought, Pythium root rot, and leaf spot. The recommended mowing height is 5–7.5 cm, while the variety is capable of tolerating mowing down to 2.5 cm.

Due to its ability to form a dense stand and rapid initial growth, the variety is used for establishing sports fields, municipal areas, and sod production. The use of the variety allows for a reduction in mowing frequency due to moderate biomass production.
