The Dulcia variety is a forage type of tall fescue. In research works devoted to agrotechnology and seed production, the variety is used for experiments on optimizing nitrogen nutrition and studying the productivity of grass crops.

In available materials, the variety is considered a typical representative of the forage type, which allows for its use in comparative analysis with turf varieties. Detailed morphological characteristics, winter hardiness indicators, and disease resistance are absent in the publications.
