The tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) variety is described as a hexaploid perennial grass of a semi-erect type. The plant has lanceolate green leaves with a medium-length broad flag leaf and an inflorescence in the form of a short panicle with an anthocyanin tinge.

The orchard grass (Dactylis glomerata) variety is late-maturing and is characterized by high yield and vigorous regrowth after mowing. The variety shows resistance to leaf rust, purple spot, and leaf scald, and is also distinguished by active growth during the winter period.
