The variety is intended for use in turf grass mixtures in areas requiring high drought tolerance and resistance to trampling. The plant forms a dense turf with fine leaves, grows rapidly, and possesses good competitiveness against weeds.
The variety is adapted to low mowing down to 20 mm, while maintaining acceptable quality and cover density. It possesses sufficient resistance to major turf diseases, and retains a light green color during the winter period.
