Turf-type variety, distinguished from forage forms by lower growth height, fine leaf texture, and dark green color. Possesses pronounced shoot density, ability to recover, and rapid rooting.
The plant contains endophytic fungi that increase resistance to pests. The variety exhibits high resistance to brown patch, leaf spot, Pythium root rot, and net blotch, and also tolerates heat, drought, and mechanical stress.
Used for creating lawns on private plots, in parks, at commercial sites, and on sports fields, and is also included in mixtures for sod rolls.
