The variety is intended for creating lawns in household plots, park zones, and sports grounds. The plant is characterized by its ability to maintain green cover and possesses a narrower and finer leaf texture compared to forage forms of the species.
The fescue possesses good resistance to trampling and mechanical stress, and also demonstrates resistance to brown patch caused by the fungus Rhizoctonia solani. The growth rates of the variety are aimed at reducing mowing frequency.
