The variety belongs to the group of turf tall fescues. It differs from forage forms by a narrower leaf blade and increased sod density. It exhibits high resistance to stem rust and net blotch.

The plant possesses good drought tolerance, maintaining color and quality in conditions of summer heat and moisture deficit. It is adapted to both warm and cool climatic zones. The variety is intended for creating lawns in areas with intensive use, including sports grounds and park zones.
