The variety has an intermediate growth type with good tillering ability and high leaf quality. Due to its late flowering, which occurs approximately 30 days later than the Quantum II variety, the plant retains nutritional value during periods when other varieties have already entered the active reproductive stage.

The plant possesses good resistance to foliar diseases, particularly rust, as well as to drought. The breeding of the variety utilizes beneficial endophytes that increase resistance to insect pests, promote drought tolerance and stand longevity, without producing alkaloids toxic to animals.
