Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is an amphiploid hybrid created by crossing European and Mediterranean types of fescue with subsequent polyploidization. It is classified as a type with summer vegetation activity, which distinguishes it from varieties that enter summer dormancy.

The plant is intended for expanding the use of the crop in the southern regions of Europe. The variety possesses adaptability to complex climatic conditions and, in comparative studies, demonstrates high indicators of forage quality for livestock with moderate productivity.
