The variety is an advanced generation synthetic population obtained through three cycles of selection based on the Marrakech and Southern Comfort varieties. The plant has a rhizomatous growth habit, which facilitates rapid rooting and the formation of dense cover.

The variety is characterized by a low habit, high resistance to wear, and the fungal disease Rhizoctonia. Due to its aesthetics and endurance, it is used in mixtures for creating home lawns, sports fields, and commercial landscaping objects.
