The variety belongs to the group of semi-dwarf cultivars. It is intended primarily for creating turf grass mixtures, in which it provides a durable and aesthetic cover capable of withstanding extreme operating conditions.

It is characterized by high resistance to diseases, pests, trampling, and pulling. In agronomic practice, the variety is often used in professional grass mixtures, where it usually makes up about 30% of the total seed weight.
