The plant is a hexaploid perennial grass of a semi-erect growth type. Leaves in the year of sowing and the inflorescence emergence phase are of medium size and narrow shape, colored dark green. The inflorescence panicle is characterized by weak anthocyanin coloration and absence of pubescence.

The variety is intended for creating classic and sports lawns resistant to moderate loads. Due to its deep root system, the variety is effective in hot, dry climates and shady conditions. It possesses good growth vigor, is resistant to Fusarium and red thread, and competes successfully with weeds.
