The Marrakech variety is a dwarf turf form of tall fescue, reaching a height of no more than 30 cm. The plant has a bunch-type growth habit and forms a dense turf, which makes it suitable for creating long-lasting turf covers.

Due to a well-developed deep root system, the variety is distinguished by good resistance to drought and heat, as well as high adaptability to various growing conditions. Marrakech is often used in grass mixtures, maintaining an aesthetically attractive appearance.
