The Marksman variety, also known by the code MB-23-92, is a perennial grass intended for the creation of turf covers. It is characterized by a deep root system, ensuring high drought and heat tolerance, and the ability to maintain color throughout the year in warm climatic zones.

During agronomic trials, the variety was studied for its adaptation to various mowing conditions, as well as resistance to diseases typical for turfgrasses, including brown patch. As a specialized turf variety, it is aimed at the formation of dense sod and low shoot height.
