The variety is intended for the construction of tees and fairways on golf courses. Visually, it is characterized by a medium-dark color and coarse leaf texture.
The plant possesses high resistance to diseases such as Rhizoctonia solani and leaf spot, and also tolerates stresses caused by moisture deficiency well. The seed count is approximately 450 seeds per gram, the optimal soil pH range is from 5.5 to 7.0.
