The variety is a bunch-type plant intended for inclusion in turf grass mixtures. It is used to create trampling-resistant turf that ensures the formation of a dense stand.

A distinctive morphological feature of the variety is a finer leaf structure compared to a number of other fescue types. As a representative of the Festuca arundinacea species, the variety possesses a deep root system, high drought tolerance, and the ability to withstand temporary waterlogging and various soil conditions.
