The variety forms thin and strong stems, which prevents lodging. The plant possesses high yield of green mass and hay, as well as the ability for rapid regrowth after cuts.
The variety is characterized by high adaptability to various types of land, including moist dry valley and irrigated sites. It is noted for longevity and resistance to diseases; crude protein content is approximately 17%.
The recommended seeding rate is 30–35 kg/ha when sown in autumn or spring periods. The variety is often used as a component of perennial forage grass mixtures.
