The Sencilia variety is characterized by very narrow, medium-green leaves and forms a dense turf. Due to the deep root system typical of the species, the plant has high drought tolerance and longevity in various climatic conditions.

The variety has high resistance to wear from trampling and excellent resistance to rust, Fusarium, and leaf spot. Used for creating sports and decorative landscape lawns.
