The variety belongs to the category of lawn-type tall fescue. Externally, it is characterized by a fine leaf blade texture and a saturated dark green color, which distinguishes it against the background of coarser varieties of this crop.

The plant possesses high resistance to adverse conditions, including heat and drought. Good wear tolerance allows the variety to be used for creating surfaces in high-traffic areas, such as parks and sports fields. Improved resistance to a number of common diseases is also claimed.
