The variety Silverado II (code PST-578) forms a dense turf and possesses high aesthetic quality throughout the entire growing season. The plant is characterized by good resistance to wear, as well as to leaf rust.

Due to the presence of endophytes, the variety is protected from a range of pests. It tolerates full sun and moderate shade conditions well, which allows it to be used in mixtures for residential and commercial landscapes, especially in regions with hot and dry climates.
