The variety belongs to the continental type of tall fescue. In comparative studies, the full heading index, representing 50% inflorescence emergence, is reached on average 112–114 days after July 1.

The variety is used for establishing pastures and hayfields, including in mixtures with alfalfa. In agrotechnical experiments, the variety acts as a reference for evaluating biomass productivity.
