The variety belongs to the group of turf-type tall fescues, possessing adaptation to the climatic conditions of the transition zone. There is an improved selection of the variety called Southern Choice II.

During professional trials, the variety demonstrated turf quality ratings within the range of 5.6–5.7 on a nine-point scale.
