The variety was bred using phenotypic and genotypic selection methods based on clones of the varieties Motif, Titanium 2LS and Paramount. It belongs to the mid-late maturity group, distinguished by its ability for active lateral growth and the formation of a dense sward.

The plant possesses high resistance to trampling and drought, and is adapted to conditions with varying levels of maintenance intensity. It is intended for sports turf, sod production, landscape design and use on golf courses in regions with transitional and moderately cold climates.
