The variety is a perennial loose-tufted grass with improved fine leaf texture. The plant forms a dense stand and possesses high tolerance to trampling, maintaining its decorative qualities and leaf texture under stress conditions.

The variety is intended for inclusion in lawn grass mixtures, where its proportion of at least 30% by weight is recommended. Thanks to a developed root system, the variety is well adapted to dry periods and hot climatic conditions, and is also capable of maintaining balance in heterogeneous stands.
