The variety is used for creating high-quality lawns in areas with intensive use, including sports fields, parks, and private plots. The plant is adapted to transitional climate conditions, demonstrating high resistance to drought and heat.

Compared to older forms, the variety is characterized by increased turf density and improved color. The variety shows acceptable resistance levels to diseases, in particular to Rhizoctonia.
