The variety has a semi-erect habit and belongs to the mid-early maturity group. Characterized by high stand density and fine leaf texture compared to forage varieties. Contains endophytes that provide natural protection against insects.
The plant is resistant to major lawn diseases, including brown patch, Pythium, and net blotch. Exhibits high capacity for maintaining turf quality and color after intense physical stress.
Suitable for intensive use; a mowing height of about 5 cm is recommended, although the variety adapts to a range from 2.5 to 7.5 cm. Intended for establishing park areas, home lawns, and for use in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass.
