Variety description

The variety is of the bunch-type and does not form distinct rhizomes. Externally, the plant is characterized by medium shoot density and a moderately dark green leaf color. During propagation, the population shows a high degree of uniformity.

The plant is used as a lawn grass and possesses improved drought tolerance. The variety shows moderately active growth during the winter period and was selectively bred for increased resistance to brown leaf spot, caused by the fungus Rhizoctonia solani.
