The variety is a mesophilic plant with dark green leaf color. Due to the presence of short rhizomes, the variety forms a dense turf capable of self-regeneration and filling gaps in the sward.

The plant possesses high resistance to arid conditions, elevated temperatures, and saline soils. The variety is characterized by high disease resistance, which reduces the need for fungicide use and simplifies lawn maintenance due to a lesser need for mowing and chemical treatment.
