The variety belongs to the turf type and is characterized by short stature. Aggressive tillering ensures high shoot density throughout the growing season and allows for effective recovery of damaged areas. The genetic color of the plant varies from medium to dark green.

The variety possesses good resistance to brown leaf spot and net blotch, as well as high drought tolerance, which allows it to be used under conditions of limited irrigation. Temple is intended for the creation of home lawns, park areas, commercial sites, sports grounds, and sod production.
