The variety has a bunch-type growth habit with medium-fine leaf blades and a deep root system that contributes to soil stabilization. The plant contains a moderate level of endophytes, which increase resistance to insects and stress factors.

Possesses high resistance to brown patch, Fusarium patch, net blotch, gray leaf spot, and leaf spot, as well as moderate resistance to rust. The variety is adapted to conditions ranging from full sun to moderate shade and withstands significant traffic.

Intended for creating sports fields, parks, roadsides, and for sod production. Recommended mowing height is 4–8 cm; the variety is suitable for use in seed mixtures with Poa pratensis.
