The Talladega variety and its version Talladega II belong to the lawn type and are intended for private and commercial lawns, parks, and sports fields. The plants possess the ability for aggressive tillering, which allows for maintaining high cover density and restoring damaged areas.
Externally, the variety is characterized by a dark green color and fine leaf texture. It demonstrates high resistance to Rhizoctonia and leaf spot, is adapted to arid conditions, various soil types, and shading. It is distinguished by rapid rooting and good wear resistance under stress.
Talladega II is compatible with other varieties of tall fescue, and is also suitable for creating mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, and sheep fescue.
