The variety is intended for landscaping lawns in private plots, parks, and sports facilities, as well as for sod production. The plant has a natural dark green color, forms high turf density during the summer period, and roots quickly upon sowing. Aggressive tillering contributes to active lawn recovery following mechanical damage.
The variety demonstrates resistance to stresses caused by intensive trampling, as well as good drought tolerance. It possesses marked resistance to a range of diseases, including brown rust and leaf spot. Genetically, the variety is close to the tall fescue variety «Sisa».
