The variety has a medium-fine leaf texture and dark green color. The plant is characterized by good resistance to leaf spot, crown rust, and stem rust. It is adapted to various soil types and pH levels, and tolerates shading and salinity well.

A distinctive feature is the ability to withstand glyphosate exposure, which allows the use of this herbicide for weed control. The variety is used for creating sports fields, golf courses, residential and commercial lawns, slope stabilization, and in sod production.
