The variety has a bunch-type growth habit and medium-fine leaf blades. The deep root system ensures high drought tolerance and soil stabilization, while the presence of endophytes increases resistance to insects and stress. The plant tolerates both full sun and moderate shade well.

Distinguished by high resistance to brown patch, Fusarium, rust, and other fungal diseases. Exhibits pronounced salt tolerance, suitable for irrigation with wastewater and use on saline soils. Possesses high wear resistance and tolerates intensive mowing.

Used for establishing lawns in parks, sports fields, golf courses, airport grounds, and along roadsides. The recommended seeding rate is 245–390 kg/ha, mowing height is from 4 to 8 cm. Compatible in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass.
