The variety is hexaploid and intended for use on lawns, in parks, on sports fields, and at commercial sites. It is characterized by the ability for active tillering, which ensures the recovery of damaged areas and the maintenance of stand density throughout the season.

The plant possesses excellent resistance to diseases, in particular, to net blotch. The variety is adapted to high temperatures and arid conditions, however, it has limited cold hardiness. It can be used in mixtures with Poa pratensis, Lolium perenne, and other Festuca species.
