The variety belongs to low-growing, semi-dwarf types with a fine leaf texture. A distinctive feature is the presence of short rhizomes, providing lateral spreading and better turf recovery compared to varieties that grow exclusively as bunch-type grasses.

The plant possesses high resistance to brown patch, stem rust, and leaf spot. The variety is characterized by high drought tolerance, the ability to withstand significant traffic/trampling loads, and a medium-early maturity term.

Titanium LS is intended for establishing lawns on sports fields, commercial and private grounds, as well as in park areas. Due to its characteristics, it is often used in mixtures for transition climate zones.
