The variety belongs to short-growing, semi-dwarf forms. It is characterized by a dark green color, fine leaves, mid-early maturity, and high shoot density. It has the ability for lateral growth, which contributes to the formation of a dense turf cover.

The plant possesses good resistance to leaf spot and stem rust. The Titanium G-LS modification is additionally resistant to gray leaf spot. The variety is intended exclusively for lawn use and is not a forage crop.
