The variety Titanium G-LS (breeding number PPG-TF 255) refers to lawn grasses for private and commercial areas, as well as sports fields. A characteristic feature is the Lateral Spread technology, which allows plants to form short rhizomes to improve turf density and recover damaged areas.

The plants have a dark green color and high shoot density in the spring and autumn periods. The variety shows resistance to leaf spot, drought, heat, and soil salinity. The plant is adapted to low mowing.
