The variety is a hexaploid plant of semi-erect type with medium-sized lanceolate leaves. The leaf blade surface is devoid of pubescence and waxy bloom. The inflorescence is formed as a short panicle with brownish-green spikelets.

The plant possesses a well-developed root system, ensuring drought tolerance and adaptability to winter conditions. The variety exhibits salt tolerance and high resistance to fungal diseases, in particular to rust. It forms a dense turf, suitable for rough-type areas on golf courses.
