The variety belongs to the RTF group, which ensures the ability of plants to form short rhizomes. More than 60% of the plants exhibit this trait, which contributes to increased turf density and rapid filling of bare spots in the stand.
The plants are characterized by high resistance to mechanical stress and trampling. The variety is adapted to conditions of intense solar radiation and high temperatures, and the presence of endophytes increases resistance to a number of pests.
The variety forms a dense stand and possesses the ability for intensive tillering. Titan Ltd. served as the base for the development of subsequent breeding lines of Titan series fescues.
