The variety is intended for the creation of sports grounds and landscape lawns, often used as part of grass mixtures. It possesses high wear resistance and forms a dense sward. Leaf color varies from medium-green to dark-green.

The plant possesses good winter hardiness and high resistance to diseases, in particular to red thread. The variety is adapted to semi-arid climate conditions, is resistant to high temperatures, and is capable of tolerating areas with low light levels.
